Truly beautiful. I didn't mind working such crazy hours when I knew I was coming back to this gorgeous space. Everything was just indulgent from the Aesop products in the shower to the biggest towels and robe. Bed so comfortable.Only thing... Not sure if it is wheelchair accessible as the rooms etc are large but there is no lift. Ground floor rooms though may have capacity. Will definitely be returning (business & personal).
Fantastic food! I had the wagyu cap steak and my wife had the duck - dessert; plum crumble and deconstructed pav. Food, drink, service and atmosphere all top notch - highly recommend.
We went here for lunch, best meals of our trip so far. Friendly & efficient staff.
Alot of effort and care has been put into revamping a wonderfully located hotel. The restaurant looks vibrant and sophisticated but keeps a nice casual approach. Whilst I never tried the food off the menu, it wasn't due to lack of appeal. I will most definitely be returning to try the food. The coffee is delicious without being perfect, but I'm sure this will come with time as they produce a St Ali coffee (from what I could see). The service is confusing, it's not clear if it is a order at the bar or table service kind of place, but again nothing that cannot be managed and trained. I look forward to seeing this place prosper and wish it all the luck moving forward after its recent renovation.
What a find! Beautiful hotel, lovely big rooms and quiet. Huge bathroom in the room we stayed (no.4), bed was firm and comfortable. Linen was gorgeous and very nice quality. Ideal for the restaurants and the main shopping areas.Highly recommended.
