After a late drive back from Horsham to Ballarat, I called ahead to ensure we could still still check in. we found staff to be incredibly helpful and prepared for us to arrive. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Would stay again.
Great service and location.
The location is central and room is good. The lack of breakfast is why I only gave it 4 stars.
Unfortunately my experience here was not great. They gave me a key to a room already occupied. The staff were very apologetic and quick to rectify the situation
