Incredibly out of touch and unprofessional, agents wouldn't even ask the landlord to have things fixed, we went an entire year without heating, black mould growing and various broken amenities before we gave up and left.The house we moved into was a dump and we left it livable, they continued to press us to fix things we proved where broken before we moved in, the amount of nickel and diming is extremely unprofessional, furthermore they will not do condition reports or inspections properly.Cannot recommend staying away from the agency enough, never again.
Fantastic agency to rent through - They actually care.Brooke scheduled an inspection after her work hours, as I was unable to take any more time off. She then followed up with me after my initial application and found me the perfect house. Unlike ALL the other agencies in Ballarat - who firstly have the option to schedule an inspection at a time that suits you. However, when opting for this, ever single agency stated that I would just have to find time during work to attend and they wouldn't be making a special one just for me. Thus, I took way too much time off work and attended many inspections. Or was told the morning of inspection that the house had been let. No follow up by the agencies - just a generic rejection text message. I understand that the rental market is ridiculously tight but Trevor Petrie's agency managed to not only house me but put me in the perfect property.. While giving a care.This agency is brilliant and I cannot adequately express what a lovely experience it was to finally find them, after all the other generic interactions I had had from everywhere else in Ballarat.
