Well below par property maintenance.Promise the world and don't follow thru.Pressing repairs to property can take upto 5wks . Was told "I don't have time for this" when questioned why it had taken 3 weeks for my urgent destroyed guttering and leaking roof to get fixed..(Damaged from strong winds) Manager had an equally tardy attitude.This has been the case on 3 occasions now
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & LIARS. After giving our notice to vacate - one of the open for inspections didn't suit as we were packing and the house was a mess. We emailed the PM Ruth 2 days before inspection to notify cancellation. The day arrived and a man waltzed into our house unannounced and we were startled asking him who he was. He said he was from BPG and here for the inspection.We said we emailed 2 days ago to cancel the inspection. 5 mins later the PM said a lady from Melbourne with a baby wanted to see the property so we said yes for her. 20+ people entered the house. I would not lease from this reality. Good luck with property maintenance requests too. They don't get acted on.
Thoroughly recommend Ballarat Property Group, especially our property manager, Jessica Stevenson. She is the best we have ever come across. In addition, to being down to earth and approachable, she is professional and efficient. Our last renting experience was a bit of a heart break and stress and Jess was there every step of the way including assisting us into a new property. She is just a good, honest person. If you are lucky enough to have her as a property manager you are very fortunate.
I can't speak highly enough of Ballarat Property group and in particular Jamie Stephens. We have recently built an Investment property and Ballarat Property Group now manage it for us. As we live some distance from the property it is wonderful knowing it is in such capable hands. Jamie is very personable and helpful.
