Would highly encourage sellers to look elsewhere for an agent. After selling a premium property (which we knew would sell in days given location and quality), we were extremely unhappy with the named agent who did not return messages/ calls when things were not going right and unfortunately showed inexperience in BASIC property sales. It appeared that they "jumped fence" to being a buyers advocate post sale and did NOT practice customer centricity that was evident prior to signing with them. Even little things like the finese of finalising the purchase with a polite thank you were absent - we expected more after making over $10,000 in commission, not even a thank you. I will go back to my normal agent after this and encourage people to really shop around.
