Been trying to look at a property for weeks organised a time they cancelled at the last minute and never got back to us sign still on house contacted them again still getting the runaround is the house for sale or not stop advertising it if it isn't and call people back I would never list my house with them and honestly no stars is more appropriate after a week of this review they said contact us if you have a problem but that is the problem we contact you book a time and never hear back
Julie Frans has been my property manager this last year who I have to say has negotiated listened and worked for the greater good of not just the landlord but the humble tenant... in this case ... ME... being a landlord once or twice myself and a homeowner previously of 5 homes ....I have been respected by this company and this property manager in particular... where others have treated tenant being myself as inferior second class citizens... you will NOT find this at Buxton Real Estate Highly professional service for all ....I have not once been made to feel inadequate as a tenant instead of an owner.... even though my family is in a position to buy a home but needed a rental to execute time to build a new home My point is ... your not judged at Buxton as an ex owner of Rental homes myself.... it is not an investment if you dont have a TENANT to lease it so were all important links in the chain ....Thankyou for the dignified manner in which I have always been approached Julie Frans
Tim Veal (and later Michael McIntosh too) could not do enough to help my parents find a new place. Although ultimately they purchased privately I was very impressed with the way they made themselves available to assist.
I was interested in purchasing a property, went to the open, but could not get a Section 32, even after patiently waiting for 2 weeks plus. Maybe not their fault. But also had text and voicemail msgs not returned. Poor customer service. I would have paid a lot more over the asking price for the house as really wanted it. They (& the vendor who engaged them) can suffer in their jocks.
