We visited this McDonald's to receive a replacement meal for a previously incorrect drive-thru order. We were told, on the day of the incorrect order, that my name would be written in "The book" and the correct order could be replaced at our convenience.We visited for that specific purpose, only to be met with a very rude, denigrating, ignorant young man (manager), known as Mitch. He was asked to pass on our contact number to the franchise owner for further discussion and we have heard nothing yet. That was two weeks ago.
Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 burger combos. One had fries and gravy... Ended up with 2 fries, a fries and gravy and 1 burger. Was pretty disappointed when we got home..
Stays pretty clean considering how busy it is. Decent play area for kids with plenty of seating.
Always friendly. Always fast with your order. Mum and I here go here a lot for coffee *blush*
