Bill (the owner) was "refunding" money onto my credit card upon returning an unsatisfactory item and attempted to take extra money instead of actually refunding. It was incredibly sneaky of him. He also tried to weasel his way out of refunding money by saying that he has a no refund policy. His behaviour was that of a silly child. These guys aren't credible and are nothing better than a disgrace. Too primitive to understand how to deal with people in an honourable fashion.
Only jewellers that stock earnings at a reasonable price for a teenager. Staff were friendly and helpful
