The lady in charge simply sat in her chair, kept on eating and didn't want to listen to our request. We managed to convey we were happy to pay to rectify the problem, her only response was that we could buy something else. Extremely disappointing. One star is one star too much.

I have been again to my very favourite shop and scored another ring at a fantastic price . Every time I get surprised again about their wonderful service and selection. Coming home to write a comment, I read some "bad reviews" about the "elderly Lady" there who is actually a very nice person, always with a smile and very kind and knowledgeable. She surely does so much for the community and is at any time there to help anyone . Can I allow myself the question why some people enter Alexa's Treasures with their own frustration and then resume to verbal, vulgar and unfounded attacks on a great person . When did these people look in to their mirrors to realize how ugly, small and obviously sick they are. Condemned should be those who attack valuable people for fun. There is KARMA just wait for it !!!
