Went there for an Airbag replacement , was met by very friendly and helpful Staff and didn't have to wait long for work to be completed at the finish of it they returned the car to us, Washed and Polished , we couldn't ask for anything better !

Loyal Nissan man trying to suport local business saddened.Just rang PS Nissan to get price and availability on genuine Nissan parts. Needing only 3 items. Fuel filter, crank sensor amd neutral position sensor. For a Navara STR, d22, dz30, 2004. This model ran same 3lt turbo diesel for 10 years? Patrols ran a zd30 in some models for a similar period. I provided the above detals and 3 of the 4 digit number of crank sensor. These parts inherently need replacing and often reqested. Nature of the beast.No real attempt or effort made to find the parts and prices? I was parked just down the road in B"%"; s car park and did state that to M. He didnt care and all but hung up. I got out of the car walked in and spent close to $500 in 10 minutes.Young bloke had found the parts on the non Nissan computer almost before I finished giving him details. In $500 out and happy. Probably $750 worth at Nissan.PS Nissan 5 mins on phone, treated like a fool. The fool didn't have a Vin. "tooo hard"Why is impossible to get any info without a VIN or Reg numbers? Why spend buckets of $ on branding, new show rooms and advertising?The answer is simple. When your sevice and attitude is driving existing custom (loyal free adverters that reportedly trade and buy for kids and family, generate onging referral base and lots of walk in sales) away the business is not sustainable and reliant on new customers. Sorry for being a inconviniant loyal Nissan customer and foolishly inteterupting whatever spare parts customer service agents do. I promise it will never happen again.
Helpful and helpful staff although a bit more product knowledge from sales would make it a smoother experience.
No choice but to book here for recall. Amazed at the level of service (I have always been anti Main Dealers). For my convenience decided to add a service. Got a ride home and back. The total job in 3 hours. Couldn't be happier. All this while the staff were living through hours of Jack Hammer thumping during the building works
