Really disappointed over all. Bought an 86 GTS less than a year and a half ago from the second hand dealership (only had 18k on the clock and still under warranty) and was told by the sales agent we had cap price servicing for x amount of time. Turns out it is fixed price basic service only. Just had to have all of the tyres replaced through the Toyota service center and they have damaged and scratched every rim. Very unhappy with this experiance overall.

Really USELSS and UNTRUSTWORTHY dealer and supervisor. I drove 3 hours from cbd to bought an Aurion 3 months ago with no service book and spare key provided. The dealer promised the key and service book will send to my address. I called twice a week, complain to the supervisor, who is the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER, cannot help me out though. Its my the worst experiences I buy a car, they take the money and never care about the promise isnt they :(4 months after the trade, the manager called me says that they cannot find the book and spare key anymore... what, so I should drive from Hobart to Devonport than take whole day ship then drive 3 hours to Ballarat Toyota to return the car ? :)
Great customer service, though the car I was after got sold to someone else literally 2 days after I first enquire about it. I drove from Melbourne with the intention to test drive and make offer, only to find out that the car was sold earlier in the same morning.
