I have always liked the little courtyard. It's my first visit for a year or so. The place seems to change hands every 12 months or so, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. This time it's a positive thing I think. Welcomed with a smile, served a good coffee and yummy, heart attack breakfast with genuine warmth. I will be going back more often.
