Staff are great and very knowledgeable. They are definitely looking out for the well-being your your pets, not just in it for the $$ like some others. One example, our Pug was seen by another vet for 1 year with a skin condition, nothing helped, but we were charged a lot!! After 1 visit to Greencross, we are happy to report major improvements. I wish I went to this vet a long time ago.

Can't praise the staff high enough, their kindness, compassion and care shown by them to a emergency they had to deal with at the time of our visit. Our appointment was delayed but the staff kept me informed and even managed a few treats for my dog.
