Those guys dont know what the customer service is about.Too be so short when customers ask for explanation is unbelievable.I have moved to Ballarat from Melbourne where the customer service is quite high.Will never get back to this place and recommend other post offices in the city.Very disappointed.
Passport process at this place is a joke! People are not helpful or friendly. No wonder Australia Post is becoming obsolete. Very sad!
Do not go here for your Passport applications. We had booked a time and due to a change of rules we had to have it witnessed (but couldn't be one of them), we had a 30min appointment and only spent 5 minutes with them and they said they couldn't allow us to come back with a witness signature and submit. Yet just ahead of us was a customer with 5 applications and they had walked in off the street, needed photos and complete the applications from scratch. What a joke! And the information they provided was incorrect. I wish Redan Post Office could do them as their customer service is awesome.
These ladies need to educate themselves about Passport procedures and FAST! I have been in and my son now 5 times and they still can't give the correct information and accept the application. I had to phone the PASSPORT OFFICE to be told that my son's application was in fact filled in correctly. Small town thinking is all I can put it down too
