Very sorry Ron for the miss understanding, but unfortunately between cooking, heating and hot water, there are over 68 different brands and hence different service parameters. As we have done for over 10 years now, we only service product brands and models that we are well trained and familiar with. This helps our loyal and supportive customers be confident that we can help them when we attend. I do apologise but I believe the wires may be crossed, as Brivis units have not bern on our seevice list for sometime now. I hope you had success with a Brivis agent.
