Shop info says store open until 9pm, arrived 5:25 to find shop closed up.
Really poor customer service, quite rude and a subpar job on my order. it broke 2 days later.

Whilst the man running the stall was very friendly it doesnt excuse the absolute poor service. Dropped in dress shoes for a polish and was quoted 35-45 minutes. After 2 hours I still hadnt heard back so rang and asked if they could be done within the hour as I had other commitments at which time I was assured they would be done. Over an hour and a half passed and I again had to ring to say I had to get them and when I got there the job was very subpar. The original tan shoes were now a dark brown and not to mention he had only polished half so half was tan and the other half dark brown! I had to ask him to finish the job which he took another 10 minutes to do a poor job of. He had also taken out the laces and hadnt replaced them so I had to buy more of those too! His explaination for the change in colour was he didnt have any tan polish left at which point it would have been a good idea to contact the customer and mention that as I would have told him NOT TO RUIN $250 SHOES! Overall for the time it took I could have driven to Melbourne, seen someone professional to polish them and driven back I would have been happier with the job even if it costed $200 more! If you dont care about time or quality of the outcome then go here.
