I am a member of the RACV and today i went into the RACV shop in Ballarat to buy a map. I had the map in my hand and stood unattended for 7 minutes. There were 4 staff members in the store and 2 of them had customers. I waited and waited and all I needed to hear from someone was perhaps "hello I'll be with you soon" but nothing, so I put the map back into the rack and left the shop. Very disappointed with the lack of people skills.
