Terrible! Don't respond to calls or emails, blame others for their errors/ don't take responsibility, customer had to keep following up and they keep you dragging on for weeks and weeks for no end service/ product. Won't be shopping there ever again no matter how cheap they are!!
Compared to other good guys stores' customer service, this store i was less than impressed with the knowledge and response from the salesperson, i would reconsider visiting this store in the future sadly.
A long time customer of the Good Guys but extremely disappointed with lack of service following return of coffee machine under warranty. Sometimes a Im so sorry isnt good enough. You need to focus on customer service if you want to retain loyal local customers.
Milli and the team at the good guys ballarat were very helpful and knowledgeable on there products and service was first rate! They were flexible on prices even when we had terrible service at there competitors. They call them the good guys for a reason!
