Brilliant store! They have an incredible range and the staff are amazing. I can even go in and ask for advice that the staff never have an issue answering or finding some one who can.
Great store and for the most part great staff. Huge and basically has everything you need for your home and garden. Has a drive through timber yard but does get very busy so sometimes there is a wait. Garden section is large with a great range of plants and pots and outdoor accessories. There is a cafe and a playground so can relax and not have to worry about the kids. There's also a colouring table to entertain them and occasionally they do special shows or activities for them. Prices are reasonable but I will admit the quality of some of the cheaper items is...well cheap. A select few of the staff are super helpful and know exactly what you need for whatever job you're doing particularly in the tool shop...the guys there are awesome. But on a few occasions have been ignored by staff and given bad advice and have also had a staff member taken away from us for a "more important job" on more than one occasion which has made my husband and myself walk out fuming. Still like coming here though as the knowledge and customer service from the select few makes up for the bad experiences.
Who doesn't love Bunnings? So much to buy there. Staff are always friendly. Plenty of parking, I use the parking underneath as it's cooler in the summer and not freezing in winter. And don't forget the sausage sizzle out the front. Always raising funds for one good cause or another.
Not only is it difficult to find staff who are able to help you, but yesterday lined up on one of two registers - both at least six groups waiting per register. Added to this FIVE staff milling around the self-service check out talking, and no one thinks to open another register???? Get a clue, Bunnings!
The staff here are wonderful, helpful and a joy to liaise with. I have visited with an idea in mind, only to leave with a more informed and confidence instilled alternative. Keep up the fabulous work ladies and gents, you arena fantastic example of how big chains can remain personable in their customer service.
