Fun, friendly environment. There is no ego here, just hard training. Trainers are attentive and will make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, oh and making sure you are pushing yourself, no slackers here :)

F45 in Port Adelaide is exactly what I was looking for, group training and functional fitness, that is not easy. The music gets pumped and -everybody works hard the staff make sure of it, infact the staff are all over it in every aspect. After my free trial I will be staying at F45.
