Worse experience. Ordered and payed for flowers two weeks earlier and went in day before my daughters wedding to be told they couldn't get anything in that I wanted and had no other options for me. The older lady was very unhelpful and I was nearly in tears. Ended up driving all over Ballarat to other florists to help me out. Don't understand why I did not get a phone call to say they couldn't get the flowers in. Would not recommend ever using this business.
