Very impressed. Better service than most places these days. I asked where to find an item, the man told me (offered to show me but I said I'd be ok to find it with the isle number). Passed the same man about 10 minutes later and he stopped and asked if I found what I needed. I was quite shocked that he actually cared enough to stop and check. Well done Ballarat Officeworks. Keep it up!
The guys at customer service desk are pathetically useless at their jobs. Always act annoyed when you ask a question and didn't help at all. Don't go here
Absolutely horrible to my mother! Goes there regularly to get drawings copied and printing to gloss and theyve charged her different prices several times. Theyre extremely hostile and detached to costumers, even rude and stand-offish when called out for their behaviour. Speaking to the manager had nothing done, seems like no one there deserves their job and should maybe go work somewhere that doesnt involve socialising? Potato harvesting perhaps?
Every time I go in to this Officeworks Im never too impressed the team on the floor who greet and provide assistance have been fine however the people at the checkout have zero customer service skills and quite rude, always making you feel like they have something better to do! Today I was served by Judi and honestly Im sorry but she should not be working in a position where she is in contact with customers very cold and rude not even a hello or greeting of any kind just over here scanned my items than told me the amount and whilst I was putting my money away she was just starring as if I was taking too long halfway through me organising myself she goes thank you in a tone that clearly meant alright you can leave now!! Not impressed at all the next time I go in if I have customer service like that I will be asking for the manager and making a scene I can assure you that!!
Switched on young woman by the name of Liv. Wanted to print out small document from my iPhone. Ive email it to the Balarat store. They didnt receive it despite resending it several times. Ive waited for 20min non of the staff could make it work. Then a young lady by the name of Liv worked it out. Connecting my phone to there wifi. Within 2 minuets I walked out of the shop with my documents printed.Lateral thinking solved the problem. Thanks to Liv I walked out as a happy customer.
