Went a few weeks ago for my daughter who is loosing weight not eating dr grace abruptly asked me to not speak let your daughter speak ordered a ct and a blood test he didn't even examine her then we went back the next following week didn't even give me the results for my daughters ct scan and she couldn't have her blood test because she's always dehydrated then tells me he refer her to outpatient in the Ballarat base they got a email back saying i referral rejected because Doctor grace couldn't be bothered to weigh her or take her blood pressure or heart rate I will not be coming back
Great friendly staff. Can always get an appointment, the doctors are always busy and seem rushed but this is what happend at a clinic.The pathology nurses are exceptionally friendly and professional.Great service all around :)
Would give no stars if I had the choice. The receptionist on last night was absolutely lovely and very helpful on the other hand the doctor I saw was exceptionally rude and bullish. I would highly recommend not going to this practice if you're after a caring, friendly doctor who isn't trying to cut you off and get you to leave two minutes after arriving. I went with a concern that was completely dismissed and that he would not even take the time to discuss. (It was recommended by a maternal health nurse to see a GP). To say I was disappointed with the service I received would be a huge understatement. I strongly recommend you look for a GP elsewhere.
Staff are lovely. The doctor should probably retire after my experience today. Didn't have time or empathy or duty of care. Left in tears.
Lovely receptionists. Terrible doctors. A doctor here would write me a prescription for a medication I have been on for over 5 years, and I even had letters from the initial prescribing doctor confirming the right to the prescription. And he tried to trick and lie to me to convince me I couldn't have a new prescription.
