Lots of amazing bargains! Was visiting Ballarat from New Zealand and forgot how cheap and cool things are there. Store was tidy and clean, and each section was clearly marked out. Didn't have much interaction with the staff but there were plenty around to answer any questions. I think maybe having baskets located in other parts of the store would be a good idea too
I did not see any Big W's. I would hazard to say that they probably had none in stock. Many other items for sale, none of which I was interested in, as I needed a large W to complete my collection of large letters. Interesting story, I got a Big G at the bottom of a small Cuban cave. It was very hard to get back through customs.
It's a big w, you get what you see. Parking is very poor with mini spaces that do not fit 65% of cars. Free parking exists around but traffic is usually busy. Nothing wrong with the store or service.
Good cheap goods and clothes. Car park is a bit small and hard to get into with a big car. Located in town so close to other shops
What can I say. It's a major department store with reasonably priced stuff and self service checkouts. It's fulfills it's role.
