No dogs but this is a very nice clothes shop
I used to shop here as a teenager but it would appear this store is only interested in catering to small size demographic. I am a 36,38 pant size and XL- XXL for shirts and tops. The staff have advised that they only carry 1 or very limited bigger options and that is disappointing as I would support this store if they stocked more realistic sizes like they have in previous years
Very expensive
I experienced very very poor customer service in this store. I spent about 15 minutes here on Saturday May 5th just after lunch. There were three staff members. One was assisting a couple (the only other customers in the store). The other two stood in the middle of store hanging clothes and racking up, chit chatting about their social lives the entire time I was in the store. I did not receive any acknowledgement of my presence, not even eye contact or a smile. I probably could have tried on half the shop as they have a great range of clothes! Will probably go to the store in the mall though as I have always had great service there. I worked clothing retail for 4 years and if I had ever given the service I received I would have been fired. The manager of this store needs to teach their staff to stop drop and approach as a matter of priority.
