Replaced my windscreen, and managed to damage my car in the process, and then denied it when confronted - leaving me out of pocket to get the damage repaired elsewhere.I am 100% sure that the damage was done while my car was there, and due to the way that they handled it, I now get much satisfaction telling everyone about their dodgy workmanship.
I had my drivers side window replaced.When I got it back there was so much glass in the bottom of the door it rattled when I opened/closed the door and drove around corners.I took it back and asked them if they could get any more out.My wife went to pick up the car, a staff member handed her the keys, said "here you go" and walked out the back. It was like service a customer was an inconvenience. The rattle was still there and the door panel wasn't put back on properly. I have had the issue fixed by a different business and was very happy with them. I would not recommend Ballarat Auto Glass based on their work or professional attitude.

These folk are great, booked my car in,waited slotted time,less actually,paid and gone again. Professional job as expected. Unfortunately due to bad road system had 2 windscreens fitted there in 6 months,but absolutely spot on , thorough and detailed information each time.
Fast and friendly service and had me booked in to replace the window regulator on my ba falcon, but they had some how broken the key to my car, and didn't offer anything for it other than "bring a spare car so we can move your car". And then I noticed a rattle on the door, only to find out they had lost one screw to hold the trim on, and the bolts holding the new part in were all only finger tight. I will most likely not go back unless I have no other options, of which there are many.
