Outstanding customer service!
I was hesitant to take my newish Leitner E-Bike to Cycle City as they don't sell cheaper E-Bikes only the very expensive ones. However I need not have worried as the guys there did all that was asked and the bike has never operated so smoothly. A very happy customer here. :-)
Lovely young lad with piercings (sorry, I didn't get his name) fixed my puncture quickly and with a bit of chat. Friendly, fast, efficient and a fair price. Can't ask for more.
best shop in Ballarat, really good advice, knowledgeable on bikes unlike some other bike shops and have pretty friendly staff who can do anything you need to your bike. definitely a recommended place.
