The owner ruined my hair, hacking at the ends trying to make the hair halo I purchased look reasonable. My usual hairdresser quit and I was not notified before my appointment or given any choice of who to take my appointment. She ruined the hair halo I purchased there and still charged me full price after I was in tears. I went to another salon and the hairdresser couldn't believe how one side of my hair was noticeably shorter than the other and totally hacked at at the ends...4 months later and my hair ends are still in a poor state. This will take a good 6-12 months to get back to how it was before my appointment with her.
Brilliant hairdressers. Salon is beautiful and very well kept. Prices may seem expensive but it is reflected in their work, everyone knows what they are doing and do a great job without taking a long time. Parking is the most frustrating thing, particularly for a long appointment.
Great salon friendly staff .Never had a bad cut or colour
New to ballarat and first time at this salon. No-one turned to say hello when I walked in or said hi even after I sat down which I thought wasnt strange to start! The guy that did my hair took no care, didnt listen and rushed, wanting to get out the door. No surprises, the cut and balayage were awful and Im due now to get it fixed elsewhere. A terrible experience!
